We are sent to those who are far from God with the hope of the Gospel. We go bravely toward our neighbors, our co-workers, those like us, and those who aren’t. Beyond that, we are committed to the unprecedented opportunity we have to advance the name and fame of Jesus around our nation and the globe. We Live Sent so others will Know Jesus.

Outdoor Baptism

First City Kids Vacation Bible School

Are you ready for an "out of this world " experience at Vacation Bible School!? Join us from 9AM-noon each day as we go Above & Beyond to discover what it means to Know The One & Only God. VBS is a free event for entering kindergarten-completed 5th grade (your child must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2025 to attend). We hope your kids and their friends will join us as we learn more about what it means to Know Jesus!

First City Kids Camp

July 14-18 | Campbellsville, KY | completed 2nd - 5th Graders

In 2025, First City Kids is going back to CentriKid Camps in Campbellsville, KY! This is a 5-day, 4-night camp filled with recreation, Bible Study, Worship and fun! Join us as we explore our calling and go “Higher.” Kids will discover what it means to live out our calling through the adventure of following Christ! Starting January 1st, you can register your 2nd-5th grader for Kids Camp using the link below! 

We will be attending camp July 14-18, 2025. The cost is $375, scholarships are available. $75 deposit is due at registration. This deposit is non-refundable.

Student Camp Week @ Crossroads

June 16-20 | Anderson University | 6th-12th grade

Crossroads, hosted by Clayton King Ministries, is a world-class student summer camp. Hosted at Anderson University, Crossroads leads at the forefront of student summer programming by offering biblically sound teaching, powerful worship experiences, state-of-the-art accommodations, and fellowship/recreation that will have your student making memories with their friends that they will never forget. This will be the best week of summer!

Student Missions Week

In partnership with our Live Sent ministry, First City Students is offering two powerful mission trip opportunities to the United Kingdom and Western North Carolina. In First City Students, we believe that every student can be equipped and called to Live Sent. Mission trips are great opportunities for students to discover what it may look like to Live Sent in their daily lives.

Student Leadership Week

July 15-18 | SLU 101 | Completed 8th grade & up

Student Leadership University is all about providing opportunities for young believers to develop into capable, confident leaders that will change the world around them. Through varying events, dynamic speakers, and career opportunities, we teach the next generation to Think, Dream, and Lead.

Upward Volleyball Summer Camp

June 23- 27 | girls | ENTERING 3RD - 11th grade

Be a part of the intentional sports experience everyone is talking about as your kids will develop skills, strengthen character and have fun! Girls entering 3rd - 5th grade are invited to morning camp 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Girls entering 6th grade - 11th grade are invited to afternoon camp 1 - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Upward Basketball Summer Camp

Boys & girls | ENTERING 1st - 8th grade

Be a part of the intentional sports experience everyone is talking about as your kids will develop skills, strengthen character and have fun! Each camp week is for children who enter 1st grade through 6th grade in Fall 2025, except for Basketball Strategies that is for children who enter 1st grade through 8th grade in 2025. Each camp week runs 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Monday through Friday. Drop-off begins at 8:30 a.m. while pick-up ends at 5 p.m. sharp. Campers should bring their lunch. Light snacks and cold drinks may be purchased at a concession stand in the gym during mid- morning and mid-afternoon breaks. Most items are $1 or $2. In addition to instruction and teaching, each basketball camp week includes 4-on-4 or 5-on-5 full- court team play, plus fun and exciting group activities including relay races, contests, and skills competitions.

First City Prime Braves Game 2025

May 15 | Alpharetta | 60+

Join us as we experience family together and watch the Braves take on the Washington Nationals! We'll be taking three 15 passenger vans to the game so we are able to park in lot N29 and take shuttles to the ballpark. The vans will leave our west parking lot at 10:30 AM and return by around 4 pm. 40 tickets are available. Register today to secure your spot!
